Nassau Grouper (Epinephelus striatus), Bloody Bay Wall, Little Cayman Island - these fish are often referred to as the puppies of the sea, always wanting to come for a belly scratch. (Yes, it's true!) It's really difficult then to imagine one on a plate. Some can be quite friendly and approachable. I really liked the compositional angle and closeness in this photograph as it highlights this character.
